Lorraine has worked in private practice with clients of all ages, and specifically with children, young people and their families in several public mental health services. Lorraine enjoys connecting with people and feels privileged to be able to share and assist in peoples' lives. Lorraine has a therapy dog (a toy cavoodle), who is sometimes with her in the room. Lorraine has completed training in the following therapeutic approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Attachment, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Animal Assisted Interventions (AAI), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Susannah has worked in adult and aged public and private mental health settings and has also conducted applied research, supporting older people from diverse backgrounds with dementia and their families. She has recently joined Oakley Family Clinic after a break in practice due to family commitments. Currently you can access up to 10 rebates per calendar year to help offset the costs of private psychological therapy. If you have your bank details listed with Medicare, we may also be able to process the Medicare rebat
